Track Your Thyroid Labs, Symptoms, Weight, Temperature, And Medication In One Place
Six trackers, one Thyroid Score, and a printable summary for your doctor. It’s free. All you need is an email address.
How it works
- Create your free account. Enter a lab value or your current weight below, along with your email, to get started.
- Add what you have. From there, start adding in your labs, symptoms, weight, morning body temperature, thyroid medication, and supplements. You only need one to start.
- Watch your Thyroid Score. Your Thyroid Score helps you know where to focus so you can feel better, lose weight, and get control of your thyroid symptoms.
Your Thyroid Score
Your Thyroid Score is a reflection of how well your thyroid is optimized. The higher the number, the healthier your thyroid.

Here’s how it’s calculated:
- Your labs count the most. Each lab is scored based on how close you are to my optimal range, not the standard range your doctor uses.
- Your symptoms. The better you feel, the higher your score.
- Your weight, your morning temperature, and your thyroid medication all count too.
- The more you enter, the more accurate your score.
Your score isn’t a diagnosis. It’s a way to track your improvement.
Thyroid Lab Tracker
Labs are the most important way to determine if your thyroid is optimized.
Enter a blood draw by the date it was drawn: TSH, free T3, free T4, total T3, reverse T3, TPO antibodies, and Tg antibodies. Or send your results over from the Optimal Thyroid Lab Test Calculator with one click.

You’ll get a visual representation of where you sit relative to the optimal range you should be at.
The tracker also automatically tells you when it’s time to get your labs run again.
Thyroid Symptom Tracker
Your symptoms tell you whether what you’re doing is working.
You rate each of the 12 symptoms below on a scale from 0 to 10. A 10 means the symptom is as bad as it gets, and a 0 means you no longer have it.
- Tiredness
- Brain fog or forgetfulness
- Anxiety or feeling on edge
- Low mood
- Feeling cold when others aren’t
- Dry or itchy skin
- Hair loss or thinning
- Constipation
- Muscle or joint aches
- Puffiness in face, hands, or feet
- Trouble losing weight
- Trouble sleeping

Rate them at least once a week, but more is better. Every check-in is one point on your chart, so you can monitor the trend over time.
Thyroid Weight Tracker
Your weight is a reflection of your thyroid function and your metabolism.
Every time you weigh yourself, enter your weight, along with your body fat percentage if you have it. Your height counts too, because it helps us calculate your BMI. If you use the Thyroid Weight Gain Calculator, your results are saved and tracked here automatically.

Thyroid Temperature Tracker
Your basal body temperature is a proxy for thyroid function and is an easy way to assess your T3 status.
Take your temperature right when you get out of bed and enter it here. The optimal band of 97.8 to 98.6 shows you where your temperature should be for optimal thyroid function. If you use the Thyroid Temperature Test, your results are saved here automatically.

Thyroid Medication And Supplement Tracker
It’s important to keep track of your supplements and your medications to check for interactions with your thyroid medication.
All you need to do is record your thyroid medication, dose, and start date, then list out every other medication and supplement you take. From there, the tracker tells you if there are any known interactions, how they affect your thyroid function, and how to space them so they don’t interfere.

Everything In One View
One click puts all six trackers on a single timeline, so it’s easy to see everything in one place.
You can also add a note for anything you want to remember, like a change in your diet, a recent illness, or a new pharmacy. Notes show up on your charts, so you can see what’s helping you the most.

How To Improve Your Score
We’ll automatically give you recommendations that can help you improve your score so you can feel better. These tips focus on the areas you need most, like your labs, your weight, or the ingredients your supplements are missing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Thyroid Tracker really free?
Yes. Creating an account is the only step, and there’s nothing to buy. The same account works for the shop if you ever order, but you don’t need to.
Who can see my data?
Your entries are stored in your account on restartmed.com and nobody sees them but you. Health values never appear in a web address, and the tracker page is excluded from advertising pixels.
What if I don’t have recent labs?
Start with what you have. Your weight or a symptom check-in is enough to create your account and your first score. Add labs when you get them, and the tracker tells you when your next draw is due.
Can I bring this to my doctor?
Yes. The print button makes a one-page summary with your dose history, your labs with their ranges, and what you tracked at home. You can also download all of your data as a spreadsheet.
My thyroid was removed. Does the tracker still apply to me?
Yes. Answer the questions under About You and the tracker adjusts. If it was removed for thyroid cancer, thyroglobulin and Tg antibodies join your labs and your blood draw schedule follows your care team’s calendar.
Where do I find the tracker after I log in?
Log in at restartmed.com and open the Thyroid Tracker tab on your account page. Or go straight to restartmed.com/my-account/health-tracker.
Does the tracker work on my phone?
Yes. It’s a web page, so it works in the browser on your phone, tablet, or computer with nothing to install.
