Who can open a wholesale account
Wholesale accounts are only available for licensed or credentialed healthcare professionals, health businesses, and businesses with brick-and-mortar locations (e.g., supplement store owners).
Licensed/credentialed professionals may include:
- MDs (Medical Doctors)
- DOs (Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine)
- NDs (Naturopaths)
- NPs (Nurse Practitioners)
- PAs (Physician Assistants)
- DCs (Chiropractors)
- Pharmacists
How the wholesale program works
Apply to become a wholesaler
Fill out the application below. Please allow us 3-5 business days to review and confirm the information submitted.
We verify your credentials
Our team will verify your credentials, business, and location prior to approval, so the more information you give us, the faster this process will be.
Log in and order
If approved, you will receive an email notification. Log in to our wholesale portal to see your discounted pricing, create your cart, and checkout.
Apply for a wholesale account
If you meet the criteria listed above, please apply below, and we will review your application.
Apply with your existing account
If you already have a customer account with us, you don’t need to create a new one. Email us at hello@restartmed.com with the following and we’ll review your application the same way:
- Your name and the email on your account
- What type of provider you are (MD, DO, Health Coach, ND, Pharmacist, etc.)
- Your company or business name
- Your website or social URL
- Where you will sell our products
If approved, we’ll convert your existing account to a wholesale account and you will receive an email notification.
