What to Look For in a California Thyroid Doctor
The credential matters less than the approach. What you want is a doctor who orders the full thyroid panel (free T3, reverse T3, and antibodies, not just TSH), who treats to optimal ranges instead of just normal ranges, and who stays open to medications like NDT and T3 when they make sense.
