I JUST LITERALLY QUIT keto / carnivore ....after watching Paul Saladino and his experience on keto with all the symptoms that he noticed. Plus Dr Childs video on carbs and the thyroid. I felt like I was DYING on keto / carnivore (( wouldn't recommend if you have thyroid , LOW carb made everything worse )) I become exercise intolerant needing to take Transit buses EVERYWHERE.....going out was like DYING to do errands......fatigue was like I was dying. Becoming almost bed bound. FIRST off I feel like I am in a wilderness where doctors are concerned (( my current doctor SEEMS to be trying to help me , he tested me for C3 & C4 complement and C4 came back HIGH . C3 was ok . Meaning autoimmune NO ONE else has tested those on me . I see him again May 29 . I am NOT telling anyone about these supplements UNLESS they REALLY start helping me . My family has LOST hope I believe in me healing , Hashimotos since a vaccine 2008 . Since 2011 I noticed thyroid antibodies on my blood work . Use to be in the 900 now 170 , should be under 35. On my lab work results. I need SOMETHING to help this JOINT pain another person mentioned it helps this bundle helps with joint pain....I NEED to lower chiropractors ASAP.....can't afford them anymore. My family has broken up from my illness, I have NO support left , my mom YEARS ago stopped asking G-D why ??? referring to me. The vaccine 2008 DID this. Yes thyroid is on my dads side (( My mom and dad shared thyroid hormones in the 90's for awhile my mom was on it )) but I never had thyroid problems till the vaccine 2008 pre requiste for a college program . I am actually UP early writing this.....on keto I would still be asleep ...my concentration is LOW too. I have just felt LIKE HELL for 17 YEARS ......I don't have LONG to get well. I have been taking Thyroid Adrenal Reset Complex for over a year now and it really works. It helps me to feel better. I take this product along with other ones which Dr. Childs has developed. I don’t know what I would do without this product. It helps me to have more energy and when I feel a bit tired or have some of the hypothyroid symptoms, I bump the number of capsules up from three to four. I recommend that people try this product as well as the other ones which Dr. Childs has developed. They work. Some people might find that a product will work quickly while another one might take more time. Everyone is different so I would encourage anyone to keep at it and see what happens.

I have been Hypothyroid since 2008 after a vaccine ruined my thyroid , wrecked it mostly, thyroid is in my dads family . his side , however I never had thyroid issues TILL 2008 a vaccine reaction , THYROID has halted my life for 17 YEARS....On desiccated thyroid , however still symptoms for 17 years feeling like CRAP being honest. I’ve been managing Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism, and I was excited to try Hashimoto's Ab Rx | Thyroid Antibody Support with Nigella Sativa to support my journey. For the first month, I took 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening to give it a strong start. I had no side effects and actually noticed deeper, more restful sleep without any grogginess the next day—which was a huge plus.

Before starting, my TPOAb levels were at 430. While I haven’t had my antibodies retested yet, I plan to do so soon after being on this supplement for at least 3 months. I’ve just reordered my second bottle and am now taking a maintenance dose of 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening.

While I haven’t seen any weight changes yet (my weight’s been stubbornly stable for over a year), I’m hopeful that with continued use and improved antibody levels, that may eventually change too. Regardless, I already recommend this product for its overall benefits—especially the improved sleep and how well my body seems to tolerate it.

I really like this supplement. The T2 cream absorbs into my skin quickly. I took it for eight weeks. I didn’t feel any different. After eight weeks I got my thyroid labs drawn. All of my thyroid values went down to normal! Even my thyroid antibodies went down. I’m going to continue to take this supplement. I highly recommend.
