I started with the capsules for one month. Switched to the cream because it is supposed to be better absorbed by the body. I feel a little bit more energy and sleep better. Advantage is that you can use the cream anytime of day. Will continue to use. I have an appointment with my endocrinologist in 6 weeks. Hopefully, my bloodwork is better.

My naturopath recommended this product and I’ve been taking it for probably 2 months. These types of supplements really take a while to show progress which is super normal. She has said that I am showing some really great improvement though so I am very happy. I stay super consistent with my supplements and am excited for the healing I know is happening slowly but surely. No bandaid quick fixes, slow and steady wins the race.
I'm now starting my second round of the supplements. They have definitely made my tolerance level for being cold much better. Not completely gone but I don't need the heater on all the time anymore or have blankets waiting for me when I go visiting. My hair doesn't fall out as much and the internal tremors aren't as bad. I will continue to take these because I am actually experiencing some full days of feeling normal. I still haven't lost any weight but I just bought the leptin supplement and hope that will help as my energy gets better. These supplements are expensive especially on fixed income but without dr help there is no other means to get treatment. I'm very thankful for these!
I’ve had good results with this ADK supplement — my energy is better and I don’t feel as though I have been getting sick as much since beginning to take it. I like that it contains K2 and Vitamin A too so that I’m not taking multiple supplements. I’m on my second bottle and will continue to use it.
I don't feel I have taken it long enough to get the full effect. But I am monitoring my basal temperature and it has come up ever so slightly so I take that as a good sign it's working. When I can notice a bigger improvement I will give a 5 star review
I have what regular doctors call "subclinical" hypothroidism, which escalated to Hashimoto's. I recently had a serious flare up due to stress and eating outside of my normally very controlled routine. I found that I was sluggish and gained a few pounds, so I tried this out, and found that the weight slipped off quickly and I regained my energy, along with following a better routine. Numerous reasons I went down this road , and somewhat got stuck on it, till I was at a point I HAD TO QUIT IMMEDIATELY. My thyroid I PRAY & HOPE to G-D I haven't damaged my thyroid. I did keto / carnivore for a number of years on off. Due highly in part to candida UP to 2 years ago through Live cell blood testing. Only this past January 2025 NO candida was seen. It has made my THYROID 10 X worse.....I think mixture of EXTREME stress with my mom being terribly sick for a year and a half (( I always say it was a G-D send he took my father in 2005 or I would probably be DEAD looking after 2 sick parents ALL on my own mostly , OUR family is terribly SMALL and my mom has NO friends who can help much )) I have TO GET WELL .....I ordered THIS ONE THYROID FAT BURNER & Essential T2 TO HELP BOOST MY NATURAL DESICCATED THYROID been on 17 years almost and still LOADED with symptoms. Been around the block with doctors . Hence WHY ?? I am reaching out to TRY these supplements . I want to get the hashimotos bundle soon plus a few others slowly as I am able too very financially tight. I DON'T have YEARS to heal this thyroid problem anymore. HOPING T2 helps me blood sugar wise. Last night was the first night I did Intermittent fasting overnight from 7 PM ish to almost 11 AM. Had blood work done and discovered my thyroid was slightly HIGH T3 wise so lowered the dose and NOT crazy hungry at night . Sometimes 2-3 times middle of night need to be eating . Insane appetite. NEVER had a problem losing weight till NOW.....even with thyroid 17 years ....I so messed up. Anyhow doing my BEST. Dr Childs supplements are my go too right now.....with the reviews from others and how it has helped them I am hopeful. I feel like I have been in a wilderness were my thyroid is concerned seeing 6-7 different functional MD. Thyroid patients get the low end of the stick in my opinion. And NO it isn't because we are getting older. It is our THYROID. I have been researching NONE STOP for 17 years. Being my own doctor. I want my OLD SELF back. I can always tell when Vitamin B is working. My oak allergy lessons, my energy levels are great. I am very excited about vitamins that are just for my hypothyroidism! I have to say that so far my body feels great. I typically have a lot of energy and sleep well. Those two things seem to be even better. At the fourth month of constant use I will send another review as I have begun the weightloss vitamins and am eager to see if they make a difference. It’ll be a miracle if they help as nothing has been the key to any weightloss in 5 years!!

I JUST LITERALLY QUIT keto / carnivore ....after watching Paul Saladino and his experience on keto with all the symptoms that he noticed. Plus Dr Childs video on carbs and the thyroid. I felt like I was DYING on keto / carnivore (( wouldn't recommend if you have thyroid , LOW carb made everything worse )) I become exercise intolerant needing to take Transit buses EVERYWHERE.....going out was like DYING to do errands......fatigue was like I was dying. Becoming almost bed bound. FIRST off I feel like I am in a wilderness where doctors are concerned (( my current doctor SEEMS to be trying to help me , he tested me for C3 & C4 complement and C4 came back HIGH . C3 was ok . Meaning autoimmune NO ONE else has tested those on me . I see him again May 29 . I am NOT telling anyone about these supplements UNLESS they REALLY start helping me . My family has LOST hope I believe in me healing , Hashimotos since a vaccine 2008 . Since 2011 I noticed thyroid antibodies on my blood work . Use to be in the 900 now 170 , should be under 35. On my lab work results. After trying many other brands of Dihydroberberine over the last couple of years, this is the most effective product I've used. I've easily been losing weight & metabolic numbers have dramatically improved. Appetite has diminished and there are no digestive issues in my case. I will definitely order again. I have been looking for ways to better manage my Hashimoto's outside of traditional medical practices. I have not yet completed new blood work but am hopefully that I can start to lose weight and stabilize or improve my T3, T4 and TSH levels. I have not had any problems taking this and seem to be not waking up as exhausted.
The product seems to work fine. I do not feel much of a difference just yet. Would dearly love to buy another bottle or more than one, I just wish I could afford to buy it from USA from Australia - as when it arrives it costs me around double the cost to purchase, due to the Australian Dollar being low right now and the conversion plus the shipping is quite expensive too for a teeny bottle - and packaging wasnt anything special. It is in a plastic bottle. Not sure if it would last longer in glass. I like that I can take it being vegan, and I do have fatigue too, and dont like using Cyanocobalamin so three good cobalamin here in large dose plus Choline and all the B vitamins you need. You must give it a go!
I have been taking the T4-only med, Tirosint, for years. This is my first time taking Thyroid Glandular+ | Freeze Dried, Grass-Fed Bovine Desiccated Thyroid Supplement (Raw) 150 mg. So far, so good. I'm waiting to see my next thyroid lab results after two months to see if anything has changed. Not sure I've taken it long enough to notice any physical changes at this point. I'm hoping it will give me more energy and help with hair shedding/loss. Fingers crossed...
