Shipping Policies


All orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday during normal Business hours (8:00 am to 4 pm MST). Most orders will ship the same day if they are placed before noon MST on a regular business day. 

Orders which are placed after noon MST or on Saturdays or on days preceding observed holidays will not be shipped until the next business day. 

Shipping times during peak shipping times (Christmas or Holidays) may be delayed and Restart Medical is not responsible for delayed shipping or delivery due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Rates

All domestic shipments (in the United States), regardless of dollar value, weight, and size will receive free shipping and will be shipped via USPS first class mail. 

At checkout, you have the option to upgrade to priority mail shipping which is calculated based on order weight, and destination. 

If you are located outside of the Country you can calculate the cost of international shipping after building your order. Once you have your items in your cart you can calculate the cost of shipment by inputting your zip code. 

Shipping Methods

  • Free Shipping (USPS first class mail) = delivery in 2-4 business days
  • Priority mail shipping = delivery in 2-3 business days

Free Shipping

All orders shipped within the United States (48 contiguous states, plus Alaska and Hawaii) are eligible for free shipping regardless of the order size. 


Please note that we observe several holidays throughout the year to ensure that our staff can be with their families. 

Packages will not be shipped on the following days:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Christmas

Due to a high volume of orders, you may experience a delay in receiving your product on postal holidays in addition to the holidays listed above. 

Busy postal days include:

  • Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday
  • Presidents Day
  • Columbus Day


We do our best to ensure that all of our products are in stock and ready to be shipped. However, occasionally, we run out of stock from time to time due to unexpected demand. If we run out of a product you will be notified via email that your product is on backorder. At that time you will have the option to wait (we will provide an ETA) or you can receive a full refund prior to receiving your product. 

If you wish to order multiple products and only one of your products is on backorder then you have the option for us to wait and ship out all products, or create 2 shipments and ship your backorder product when it becomes available. If this occurs, we will reach out to you for more information. 

if a product is on backorder you will be able to see it before you proceed to checkout. You will also receive an email notifying you that one or more of your products purchased is on backorder. You can reach out to us for information on when your supplement will be available at any time. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Restart Medical is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

To ensure that you receive your package we recommend that you monitor your package after it has been shipped. 

A lost package is defined as a package that was misdirected, misplaced, or lost by the carrier and is not delivered to the shipping address. 

A stolen package is one that was delivered to the shipping address by the carrier but is not physically received by the addressee. 

International Shipping

Customs and Restrictions

We are happy to ship out international orders to those people who do not reside within the United States. We have shipped to many countries successfully and without issues. 

Please note that we do not have a supplier available in other countries and all orders of our products must be shipped from the United States. 

We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s shipping policies prior to ordering. You can do that by contacting your country’s customs office and asking any questions about the products you would like to purchase. This will help you have a clear expectation of the process and an understanding of how long it may take to receive your shipment. 

Please also be aware of personal purchase limits for your country. If your order exceeds the set limit, you will have to arrange for a broker to clear your order through customs at an extra cost. 

Restart Medical is not responsible for excess charges incurred for receiving your package through customs or other unexpected charges by your local government or country. 

Please research this information prior to ordering. 

Restricted Items

We recommend that you contact your local authorities or customs to ensure that our products do not have any restrictions in your country. This will avoid any unnecessary costs to you in order to receive your shipment. 

We are not responsible for tracking the list of restricted items for each country. 

Refund Policies

You are responsible for all detained, impounded, delayed, or returned to sender packages. Import taxes or duties are the customer’s responsibility and are separate from any charges or shipping fees you pay to Restart Medical. It is your responsibility to be aware of your country’s policies prior to ordering. 

Any orders returned or refused due to banned or restricted products, wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, duties, or taxes, or refusal to accept the order for any reason will result in a refund of the product less all shipping, duty, and tax fees. 

Declaration of Product Value

All orders which are shipped internationally will include the value of the contents purchased minus shipping charges per international laws. Packages will never be listed as a gift. 

Included in this declaration will be the name, quantity, and price of each product purchased. 

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination of your package. You can calculate the cost of shipping after placing your product in your cart, selecting your country, and inputting your zip code. 

Please note that we do not mark up shipping charges so you will be charged whatever we are charged for shipping your product. 

All international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please be aware that shipping times may vary based on several factors outside of our control. All estimated delivery times are just that, estimates, and delivery times may take up to 2-4 weeks to make it to you. 

Restart Medical will not consider an international shipping package lost until 60 working days have elapsed from the date of shipment. 

Please allow these 60 days to pass before requesting us to process a package as lost. 

Shipping Methods

International shipments are sent via USPS first-class international service. The ETA for delivery of this service can take up to 2-4 weeks.
