Shipping Policies

At Restart Medical, we are committed to getting your supplements to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping and fulfillment policies below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

Our team works diligently to pack and ship your orders promptly.

  • Business Hours: Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST).
  • Same-Day Shipping: Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) MST on a regular business day will ship out the very same day.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST, on Saturday afternoons, or on days preceding observed holidays will ship on the next available business day.

Note on Peak Seasons: During peak holiday periods (e.g., Christmas), processing and shipping times may experience slight delays. While we cannot control delays caused by adverse weather or carrier unforeseen circumstances, we will always do our best to get your order out our doors as fast as possible.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

  • Eligibility: Free shipping applies to all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states, plus Alaska and Hawaii, regardless of order size, weight, or dollar value.
  • Shipping Method: All domestic orders are shipped securely via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after it has been shipped.

International Shipping

We happily ship Restart Medical products internationally via GlobalPost. Because all of our products ship directly from the United States, please carefully review our international policies below.

International Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country and the number of supplements in your cart. All international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Estimated Delivery & Lost Packages

International delivery times are estimates and may take up to 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing. We kindly ask for your patience. Restart Medical will not consider an international package lost until 60 working days have elapsed from the shipment date. Please allow this timeframe to pass before reaching out to process a package as lost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

When ordering from outside the US, you are acting as the importer of record.

  • Customer Responsibility: Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are separate from your Restart Medical shipping charges. We highly recommend contacting your country’s customs office to understand your local purchase limits and expected charges prior to ordering.
  • Restricted Items: It is your responsibility to ensure our products are not restricted in your country. We are not responsible for tracking international restriction lists.
  • Customs Returns/Refunds: If a package is detained, impounded, returned to sender, or refused due to restricted products, wrong addresses, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will issue a refund for the product only. All shipping, duty, and tax fees will be deducted from your refund.

Declaration of Value

In compliance with international laws, all shipped packages will accurately reflect the name, quantity, and purchase price of each item (minus shipping charges). We will never mark a package as a “gift.”


General Order Policies

Out of Stock & Backorders

We strive to keep all products fully stocked. However, unexpected demand can occasionally lead to backorders. If an item you ordered is on backorder, you will be notified prior to checkout, and we will send a follow-up email.

If your order contains a backordered item, you have the following options:

  1. Wait for Restock: We will provide an ETA, and you can wait for the item.
  2. Split Shipment: We can ship your available items now, and ship the backordered item separately once it arrives (we will contact you to arrange this).
  3. Full Refund: You may request a full refund for the backordered item before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information once your order has shipped. Restart Medical is not responsible for packages once they are lost or stolen in transit or after delivery.

  • Lost Packages: Defined as misplaced or misdirected by the carrier and never delivered to the shipping address.
  • Stolen Packages: Defined as delivered to the correct shipping address by the carrier, but missing when you go to retrieve it.

Company & Postal Holidays

To allow our hardworking staff time with their families, our fulfillment center is closed on major U.S. holidays. Additionally, the postal service does not operate on federal holidays, which may cause slight delays.
