What will I be doing?

Contrary to popular belief you don't need to exercise much to lose a bunch of weight.

In fact most of my patients lose the majority of weight without exercising due to severe fatigue, etc.

Instead I will ask you to make dietary changes, keep track of multiple hormones/medications and supplements and instruct you on when to eat and when not to eat. ​
