The complete list of zinc deficiency symptoms. If you have these symptoms they are a warning sign that your body needs more zinc!
Zinc is an incredibly important nutrient and one that plays an important role in many systems in your body.
Zinc helps to regulate your immune system, it helps to support thyroid function, it helps with hair growth, energy production, and so much more.
And while overt gross zinc deficiency is not common in the United States, it is common to have what I refer to has a sub optimal zinc level.
People who have a sub optimal zinc level may experience some minor symptoms of zinc deficiency and feel better when supplementing with zinc.
You can help identify zinc deficiency based on how you are feeling or your symptoms.
